February is No-Spend Month
We are setting out for a month of frugality. I’ve set aside $300 in cash to cover our family of five’s grocery and fuel needs, and other than that I’m breaking the shopping habit for the month–in hopes of saving a few bucks and, perhaps, changing our family mindset a bit. (image via flickr)
Whether you’d like to join in or just follow along, I’ll be posting our progress and lots of details at housemade. Hope to see you there!

What a great idea and site! Glad you shared it here. Along those lines, I’ve been looking at ideas from Share Save Spends
http://sharesavespend.com/default.aspx
and a few other sites.
Wow, you are amazing.s I think this is such a great idea.s I’m not sure how good I would be at sticking to $300 especially with flying to Colorado for a memorial this weekend but I can definitely refrain from all frivolous spending.s It’s a deal.
